The staff at the airport counter aren’t so good not helpful he send us outside so his other collies can do his job by doing the contract but when I called they told me I need to return back to the counter to have him do our Contract and that took about an hour.

Horrible service when I arrived they said they didn't have the car class I paid for . And had to waist time and paid double on the spot for another company! Their office drop off location at sabiha Airport is a disaster to find and it was off airport then I had to drive back to airport ground b attended was not there!

my deposit I have not received yet, she sage a week after I handed over the car. i had to give the car back because i had to pay a lot extra for klm. Max 3000 klm you can drive for 30 days. Turkey is a big country, so there is 1000 klm for a beautiful place (he who clean the car was the best employee). read carefully what comes as a surprise. Germany sixt and Turkey sixt are not the same. you order a diesel car but get a petrol (sixt was a good company but has become the same as them…
Brilliant experience! This involved a smooth admin / documentation process at the arrivals window; outstanding attendant that prepared and loaded the car with baggage; provided water and information to assist with the transition; an clean car that was up to standard; a simple drop-off process at the airport; and finally a quick refund of the deposit. Only drama was that the booking description of the vehicle on Momondo (estate intermediate wagon) did not match the records at Enterprise. I suspect this is an issue from Momondo's end. Also, very little information on terms and conditions on Momondo website regarding deposit, excess amount, rental conditions etc. This should be much more clear. Although Momondo refers to read the terms and conditions - there are none to be found throughout the process. This should be rectified as I thought I was taking a risk at the time of booking and left it to chance. Finally, the car was not available at the Enterprise office and I was provided with a genuine upgrade. Thank you Enterprise for the exceptional experience.
