The car hire was a simple process, easy to pick up, good car which was very fuel efficient. Drop off was also easy and issues. However, When I returned the car, instead of releasing the hold deposit, Budget witheld almost 400USD because they assumed I had not paid for the car hire (which I had pre-paid before pick up).
