When we went to pick up our car at the airport it was not there and somehow the reservation got screwed up and we had to Uber to the center of nice to pick it up. Then they told us they didn’t have our car and had to upgrade us but rather than accommodate the upgrade at no charge it cost us an additional $400. Returning the car to Naples airport was a bit confusing to find the return area and we were waiting at a gate for 10 minutes because no one gave us the code to drive it into the drop off

It was a perfect experience. The young gentlemen were very welcoming and super helpful. I felt very confident and both interactions, pick up and drop off was efficient and pleasant. Exactly how you want to be treated when renting a beautiful spots car to drive through the mountains of Italy. Good Job Steven and his helpful colleagues. Thanks Cindy S Canada.
Started great with an upgrade for free. Loved the car. But real unfortunate and bad ending as the company tried to charge us €500 for a very minor scratch that we did not do. Luckily my wife was still in town and went to see the car, upon which they reduced define to 100euros.
Price was good and competitive. Rental cars very overpriced this year!! The only complaint was receiving a call from Enterprise around halfway into our 9 week rental period asking us to return the car to NIce airport as the lease had expired and we needed to be given another car. We told them if they wanted to exchange the car they had to bring a car to us (approx. 20Kms distance) as returning to Nice airport was inconvenient and we had rented the car for 62 days. The answer then was OK keep the car till the end of the rental period. Billing to the credit card was very slow and has only just posted.
The price i got on internet was much more expensive when i got the car. This is not my first time i rent a car but it is the first time i pay that much for the basic insurance. I usually buy the full insurance but i found out it it would cost me tripple for that. Rental fee was about 150 euros and the insurance was about 300 euros.Very strange! I feel something is wrong.

Kayak had not indicated in my reservation that it was an electric car. I had to pay €25 extra per day for a petrol car. This was a scam by Kayak and I demand a refund. Please answer me.
Everything went wrong; very dirty cars (both), gps not working, 2h check in, all sorts of problems with the car.... very frustrating an stressful experience

This is the 3rd time renting with Europe car. Wanting reasonable insurance and having to pay 42 euros per day was insane cost. Our credit card covered collision so comprehensive insurance shouldn't ever cost that much. Trains and busses are better options.
