Anything negative I might say is just nitpicking. There were two of us in the room but only one robe provided. And my friend left earlier in the morning than I did and the front desk accidentally checked us both out so that i couldn’t use the smart tv - but they fixed it when I called reception. Otherwise a ten out of ten. Fantastic lobby with lots of hang-out spaces. I do wish the coffee shop (Breakery) opened earlier than 9, though, since I didn’t get breakfast at the restaurant before my flight and had planned to grab something at Breakery before my taxi picked me up. The staff was excellent. The little details (like offering a bottle of water to guests whenever we were heading out) were appreciated. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. I appreciated several tv channels in English and the option to switch the language on some others. Bed was quite comfortable. I actually wish I’d had more time to take advantage of amenities. Finally, the hotel is conveniently located just across the street from Atocha train station and adjacent to a metro stop. One word of caution is that there is currently road construction going on and the path to the hotel is a bit confusing. If you’re walking out of Atocha, turn left, cross the street, turn right at the light and cross at the walk, then one more right and a crosswalk to reach the hotel.
