Very Dissapointing, they have different price the one in the website and the one in the counter, they said they dont have the car that i reserved, so they change another car similar with extra fee, and end up almost double price. This is totally scam! I need to wait 1 and half hour to see the counter. The car was so dirty, looks like they just recevied from another customer, and give it to another customer without cleaning it!

Stood in line for over an hour was told they don’t have car I already paid for 20 people had same problem I walked to another rental agent and without advanced reservations was over charged
Though I returned the car on time, I received a text to return the call 3 days afterwards and then I had to call customer care multiple times.

The wait to get a car was extremely long. Once we got the car, got the car seats and kids loaded wenheaded to the check out. We thought we were on our way, when we get to the drive out, we were told that we could not rent the vehicle because it had a recall. We then had to get another car, but the keys had to be found before we could unload the original car, our bags, kids and car seats. By the time we were done this process added another 30 or more minutes to or ability to drive out.

Took my money. Assigned my car to wrong dates. I never received confirmation. I tried canceling to get my money back. No response. Terrible customer service lost trust in the use of internet services.
Supposed to walk up and get your car like the commercial had to wait 10 minutes for them to find my minivan also only one person to check in for up to get the car mid day 20 people in line when you get off the plane you don’t wanna wait in a line to get your car that you’re supposed to be able to walk to it get kind of disappointed

This is for all car rental places in general.... The car rental industry still lacks the business approach to move people through quickly and efficiently. I know there are some programs for frequent users, but for the rest of us, it takes a long time to rent a car. There needs to be new and improved operations to move general travelers through with efficiency. The airports can do it, car rental companies should be able to as well.
horrible. 0/10 would never recommend to anyone. Kayak says its at the airport but it's 10-15 car ride away NOT where all the other rental cars are. I had to UBER to the rental pickup, and then upon return, they drove me (in my rental car) to the rental car shuttle, which i then had to take to the airport. Complete fraud of a rental car company.

I did NOT rent a car that was off site! The listing clearly said “In Terminal” while others said “Shuttle.” I chose it specifically for that reason. Then when I got to the Avis counter they had no reservation for me and I ended up having to spend $147/day for a last minute rental. I never received an email from Kayak with my reservation either. I am disputing the charge. I have been pleased with Kayak before and used them many times but this was not a good experience at all and I feel very ripped off.

Airport Van Rental is NOT located at the DFW rental car center as you will be lead to believe! It is not obvious anywhere. You cannot take the rental car shuttle to get to them. You must call them and arrange for a pickup that takes forever. When returning vehicle after hours, we were instructed to just park their car at the rental car center and to leave key behind fuel door. The rental car center has listed everywhere that parking is limited to 2 hours or the vehicle will get towed, so this method of return just seems sketchy. Van was older than what you would expect from a rental, with 98,000 miles on it. Staff are very friendly. Overall, the hassle was not worth the few dollars saved.

At first we were going to ger a van that wasn’t even cleaned. As we proceeded my total wasn’t matching her break down and then we get told we can’t use tolls?
Stay away from Nikki Wilson at the pick up counter. She may curse at you as you walk away if you have the audacity to ask questions about how to pick up your car. Her exact words as I was walking away: "I always have to repeat myself to these mother****ing customers." What a gross person.
I rented with this company because I needed a car for 1 week and the rated SEEMED cheaper than the national known agencies. But after the added on daily toll cost, it was more than your competitors and the procedure of waiting for your shuttle to take me to the car pickup destination 10 minutes away was inconvenient. Also, unlike your competitors, when I returned the car 1 day early, they would not give me any credit. Your competitors do. And the car was dirty upon pickup. It was not a good experience. I will not use this company again.

The pick van pick up was inconvenient in that the front desk stated the van was white when it was actually grey and not clearly marked. So we missed the pick up and waited 45 mins for the next one. The office was much farther way than expected and not near the airport. The office was smoke filled and unpleasant. The person was nice but uninformed. She seemed to want to push additional fees on me. The office did not open until 8:00A and with an 8:30A flight, the drop off did noto accomodate for early flights. Just a poor overall experience. The next time, I will rent directly from the car company.

My plane was 5 hours late due to inclement weather. It was supposed to arrive in Dallas at 4:35 but didn’t arrive until after 10:00. When I booked this I didn’t realize this car rental company was offsite from the airport and closes at 6:00pm. I was going to a funeral so I booked it not refundable . The company itself was understanding and canceled my reservation but now I have to go through kayak to get a refund. Thankfully there were car rentals available at the airport
