No refund for partial return. I am aware of the non-refundable statement for cancellation but this was not a cancellation. It was an early return. I picked up the car on time but needed to early return but neither Kayak nor Hertz would work with me to get a partial return. Therefore, I forfeited over $400. I will never use Kayak nor hertz again.

Easy pick up...didnt like the 300 dollar deposit...even using an actual credit card. Still pricey...easy drop off... Car was clean...no issues...everything worked. Probably would rent again...would DEFINITELY rent again if prices were lower. Gas prices are high enough already...and it's not like the rental companies pay for the gas...we as renters pay for it.

It was confusing to check in because we waited at the Alamo desk for awhile. We didn’t see anyone and finally asked an employee and they told us to go up to the garage. They said all the cars were owned by the same people but we were delayed in waiting to be helped. Overall the staff was friendly, the car was clean and it was easy to return.
Having trouble getting a refund for my rental, a car was not rented to me because we could not drive the car to the border. Called Rentalcars.com and they are not helpful, they stated they couldn’t verify that I in fact did not get a car. This is very frustrating, no one seems to be able to assist in getting refunded.

I was quoted a price of $48.93, but ended up paying $79.05 after a 15% sales tax and almost $20.00 in other charges, like license recoup, energy recovery, concession recovery, customer facility charge. They get you one way or another.
Staff was very helpful, including Gloria, Henry and you man who drove me after the drop off.

I really appreciated the ability to cancel at any time. I did not end up needing to rent the vehicle at all. I even drove to Enterprise to tell them in person I was no longer in need of the car and they were pleasant.

Honestly this was the worst experience I’ve had renting a car in 25+ years of renting cars! First they call less than 24hrs from pick up and stated no they can’t support my request but I can call other enterprise rentals in El Paso if they can support they can transfer my request. After asking to speak with the manager and told they are at lunch I asked for the regional managers info and was denied. 40 mins later of arguing they stated that they would see if a manager was in then mysteriously they came up with a large SUV like the original request. When we went to pick up the vehicle is was disgusting inside. We told them and they stated well we can clean it if you want to wait around. Next I had to argue about the small crack in the windshield so I wouldn’t get charged. The only thing that really went ok was the turn in of the vehicle and the fact they didn’t come up with something to charge me with.

Customer service was horrible did not care about the customer at all
Good car for our needs - Jeep Wrangler. Had 30k mikes but ran and worked very well on and off roads in Texas. The car wasn’t as well cleaned as one might generally expect but a little dust was not a problem for us. Gas wasn’t totally full but when we pointed that out they immediately marked it on our receipt and just said return it with more or less the same level. Helpful, friendly staff and super easy pick up and drop off at the smallish El Paso airport. All in all great.
