Landed at the Everett airport to find that there was no sign of how to get to the rental spot & no shuttle that could take you or anyone at the airport that knew where to Uber to etc. Finally found a tiny budget number in the next terminal & there was a woman who said shed come get us, took 30 minutes in the cold at night to get us. While she was checking us out I told her that we had moved our flight to earlier on Sunday therefore would be dropping off the car earlier & she said no problem at all. Come to find that on Sunday they didnt open till 9 am while our flight was at 9:20 am - no sign of anyone who could help us so I called Budget customer service & they told me that I would need to go to the next operational Budget nearby - Seattle, an hour drive from where we were. That obviously wasn't going to work & he told me, well tough that's your only option. We proceeded to go online & found some information about an airport dropoff - amen & found a guy at Everett airport that worked in operations & knew how to handle the dropoff. Otherwise we would genuinely have no idea what to do with the car. I have still not received a receipt for my trip or any follow up that my trip was finalized. Really frustrating & horrible customer service.
