Pickup at the Missoula airport requires a short walk to an outlying location just beyond the terminal (no reflection on Thrify). Staff wasn’t very friendly. A chip in the windshield wasn’t indicated as previous damage so we had to call and report it. Car was very clean. Easy return.

Quick pick-up. Easy drop-off. The vehicle was a clean, quality SUV. The only issue, which I forgot to report upon drop-off, was the door lock button in the door did not work, had to use the key fob to lock the vehicle.

When our flight arrived, the car rental counters were all busy and agents assisted travelers regardless of who the rental company was. This really expedited things. The SUV that we had reserved was there for us. When we got to it, we discovered that it only had 1/2 tank of fuel and it had not been cleaned. I returned to the desk where they quickly changed us to an upgraded SUV at no additional charge. The situation cold not have been handled any better. We were very pleased with our experience with Alamo and the rental desk at the Missoula airport.

Had to wait an hour because the car wasn't ready even though we had a reservation. Lines were unorganized and people were butting in line. When we finally got the car and left, we had received a call to come back because the paperwork was wrong. Finally got it straightened out. Did receive a discount at the end of the trip. That was appreciated.
Employees were good. Car was older with 50k miles and needed servicing. Big crack in the window. Slow leak in back passenger tire but she gave us a small credit for it.

The staff at the pickup location were accommodating, friendly and helpful. The vehicle that I was supposed to pickup was unfortunately not available however they made sure that we were happy with an alternative vehicle and a courtesy credit to the bottom line. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent another vehicle from this Enterprise location. Their follow up call to make sure I was satisfied as a customer also was a nice touch.
When reserving the car, it was not abundantly clear that the rental car company was not at the airport, but offsite and accessed by a shuttle. Likewise, it wasn't mentioned in the confirmation paperwork. The confusion and wait time added an hour to my 'go' time. When I went to return the car, my dropoff time was before they opened for the day and I was forced to call a taxi to get me from the rental car return to the airport, since their shuttle wasn't running yet. Read every bit of the fine print!

Everything was excellent from start to finish the car was nice, clean, and the girl that checked me in at the airport was very, very helpful and friendly.
