I didn’t realize that I was renting the car in “downtown” St George! I thought I was picking it up at the airport as I had on my previous trip. This caused me to search for an Uber which cost me an additional $50 from the airport and then another $50 from downtown where I dropped off the car to get me back to the airport. I may have missed something on the site? But maybe that is something that you could make a little more clear during the online rental process. I did try to get a car at the other rental companies at the airport and none of them had anything available

Kia Sportage was a competent car for 1000 miles on our trip. We arrived at St George airport to discover our cat was at the in-town Enterprise location. I called from the airport to confirm as I knew we would be later than their 2pm closing. I was told they would wait but it was all shut down when we arrived at 215. We had to Uber back to the airport where Hertz rented us a car from Saturday to Monday( the next time Ent was open). Monday morning the service was outstanding. But it cost us 2 Ubers and a 2 day rental, almost $500. If you are not going to stay after 2 please tell me and I won’t waste my time and money.

The car I rented broke down after two days of travel and it took all day to get a replacement. The closest enterprise to where I broke down was less than an hour away, but the estimated time to reach me was 3-6 hours and I didn’t get into a replacement car until about 5 hours after I broke down, and then had over an hour and a half drive to get back on track. My trip was only 4 days long so losing a whole day because of car trouble was so disappointing. Customer service was great, and they did refund me a portion of my rental, but nothing could make up for the ruined day.

Easy reservation, pick up and drop off process. We couldn’t have been happier!
They charged me more then I had to pay and I won’t ever use them again there excuse was I came 20 minutes early which I walked away to the restroom and brang truck back in 15 min late and they said they couldn’t fix anything and I told them I won’t ever use there service again

It was a reliable vehicle, but the clerk was extremely rude. "You guys just won't stop coming in here." He was very bitter about working the desk at night. Also, the vehicle had trash in the door and a broken button.

We arrived to pickup the car that we had made a RESERVATION for 6 months prior and were told in a rude tone by the employee that we would need to wait, he didn’t know how long and they didn’t have a car we could use because we were a one way rental. After an hour and a half of waiting patiently as he continued to be extremely unprofessional to each and every person that arrived (he spoke poorly of management and put his fingers to his head pretending to pull the trigger once) he miraculously gave us the keys to a car and left us on our own to find where it might be parked at the airport. Upon return, we found that the office we were returning it to closed at 2pm, called because we weren’t going to be in town that early and were transferred to a call center where the person on the other end of the line was nearly impossible to understand (he spoke extremely quickly with a thick Indian accent and wouldn’t repeat himself when I asked) and he ended up hanging up on me. I then called the number to reservation extension/changes and was told they couldn’t help me. FINALLY I reached the office we were returning the car to and had no issues but dealing with every employee up to that point was infuriating. The car itself though, was clean and comfortable. Will avoid renting from Budget again due to their inability to serve the customer with kindness and respect (or be of any help).
