The attendant left early so I called Avis and was told I needed to return next morning and my reservation would be adjusted with apologies. I arrived next morning and the same attendant insisted he didn’t leave early the day before and said they was no reservation and I ahead to make another reservation at a much higher rate. Total scam. Extremely rude. I tried calling Avis and of course the 1 800 number had a pre recording to call back on Monday. I had no alternative but to be robbed.
