For a long international flight from one continent to another, there was a LOT to be desired. The InFlight WiFi was non-operational. There were no electrical outlet to be used for some portable devices such as a portable CPAP machine. The food choices were limited b/c they didn't have half of the choice to begin with. I was very disappaointed with Air New Zealand and shocked. Especially we've had last two experiences that were so great.

The cabin temperature was a bit chilly. Food was great. The Flight Assistant was the hardest working one I've ever seen since I started flying in 73.
