Business class - dificult to get out of front facing seat to get to the aisle. No handholds etc. The seat in lay flat position can be a little wider so arms don't get scrunched when laying on back - I am not very big at all. The food tray needs to be able to be adjusted closer to passenger while eating.

Took a business class ticket from jfk to abu dahbi Overall the flight was ok Food at the flight ok Negative for me No lounge a jfk . It is under construction for past year This should be informed in advance I took an easier drop off because I had to get work done Instead a gift certificate for $50 given for food My question is can we buy a lounge card for $50 ? No pick up drop off service in USA Last it took me a while to get to the boarding by then the economy boarding had started no special line for business class passenger after the scanning of boarding pass . So had to stand in the gally for 30 mins as it was full with other passengers Overall Expected a little elite service for the price .

Delayed flight, all passengers were made to wait for 40 minutes in a small pre boarding area without regard for social distancing, no one to organise boarding as a result of which there was a rush for boarding once the gates were open
