Hostesses friendly, sound quality with their ear buds terrible and I couldn’t find a way to get subtitles. Meals very mediocre especially the meats. Sinks in restrooms drain poorly. Paper towels not restocked often enough. Baggage very slow at JFK.

This was my first time flying with Ethiopian air but it will not be the last. Some of the friendliest airline staff I've ever met. The service was excellent!
