This was my first time flying with Ethiopian air but it will not be the last. Some of the friendliest airline staff I've ever met. The service was excellent!

The airline lost my luggage and is proving to be extremely difficult to get ahold of. They have a baggage counter at Atlanta airport that closes at 3pm and the phone number they provide is *NEVER* answered it just forwards to a voicemail system that states that the mailbox is full and you cannot leave a message. Repeated attempts to contact them via email have gone unanswered. When I finally did get ahold of someone on the phone they claimed that their system showed no record of my bag whatsoever and said they would be in touch. Their web site claims that after reporting a lost bag they will provide daily updates for the first 5 days and every three days thereafter, but I have not received any feedback at all. This whole situation leaves me with a completely negative attitude with respect to their airline. I will never fly Ethiopian airlines again no matter how cheap the ticket.
