Flight delayed fror 3 and a half hours from Johannesburg to Nairobi. Which would cause missed connection stranding us in Nairobi. No info received from Kenya air. Went to checkin counter and sent to reservation desk. Half hour wait. Offered to rebook original flight in three days. They reluctantly rebooked on Swiss air for the following day. All told, 30 hour delay. Asked for itinerary printed- “we don’t have a printer” Emai) which were never received. Swiss air was great! No apologies, no “sorry” no empathy.

The services were excellent simply improve the quantity of the dinner because some passengers do travel with no or less money enough to buy them food at the airports during layover periods.
