The seats were not comfortable, especially while sleeping. Food was horrible. I pre-ordered vegetarian meal. What was served was extremely dissatisfying. No variety, extremely oily and bland. It appeared I was eating cardboard. The entertainment system lacked variety. Crew was difficult to understand, given most of the crew didn't have English as the preferred method of communication. May be Singapore Airline can take a leaf out of Emirates/Qatar where the food, entertainment has variety and staff are extremely diverse, so language barrier is no there. I will not fly Singapore Airlines again unless these things are addressed

Everything is excellent except wifi without connection.

Even though the flight was 13 hours. It didn't feel like 13 hours. It felt very short as I was having an experience on the plane. The screen entertainment provided had nearly everything I enjoyed that I couldn't pick. The seats very comfy that it felt like I was on my own bed. This made sleep easy for me. Wifi was provided but I couldn't use it myself as you need to sign up for their frequent flying account which I will do next time. Also, the food was top tier. I never missed it when it came to supper, dinner. I would highly recommend this airline to anyone who loves to adventure, fly or whatever floats your boat.

To me the whole process of the journey was very straightforward. The staff were approachable when you wanted something. The airline made the whole journey very relaxing and smooth. I would highly recommend to anyone who loves to fly around frequently as I would like myself to come on board their airline next time round.
