You get what you paid for. The flight is cheap but they overcharge for the luggage. The seats are super basic with zero comfort. Also, no entertainment is included. They even charge for water.

There’s got to be a better way to notify passengers that their luggage isn’t coming. 330am was my point of giving up. No one to talk to.

Flight takeoff was delayed. And to make matters worse, they made us wait on the plane for an hour after it landed before allowing us to get out

My general experience was okay for what you pay. With Flair airlines everything has a price tag; seat, carry-on bag, water, coffee, etc. Flight was on time, arrived a few minutes early and checked bag was delivered within reasonable time.

Satisfactory but with at least some food and drink options it would have been better. Checking in at Terminal 3 in Toronto was terribly slow and congested. Overall, once we got through the stress of Pearson Int'l Airpprt, it was decent value for the money.
