Very enjoyable. Boarding was well organized. Seat was comfortable as well as the temperature. Food was delicious (for airplane food!). Most importantly, the crew was super friendly and helpful.

There was some technical glitch in the system and we had trouble with our son’s ticket with only minutes left to boarding time. The agents working at the ticket booth and customer service was so nice and helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure that we could board on time, even escorting us to the gate! We are very appreciative.

The boarding gate changes occurred multiple times and were frustrating and physically exhausting. I felt like a ping pong ball being bounced between Terminals A and B - back and forth... absolutley ridiculous! This occurred at the Atlanta airport for my flight to Charleston SC.
