A West Jet representative when you are off the plane and in the airport to help if you have any questions. (ie. where exactly is baggage claim & how do I get there).

Delayed for 5 hours. Missed my connecting flight. No help with the hotel. Booked and paid by myself.

The food was nasty. Worst I've ever had in a flight. No meat options because they didn't prepare enough. Eggplants were really poorly prepared.

The person at the desk chastised us for showing up almost 2 hours ahead instead of 3 hours. She made us super anxious and said “good luck making it.” She knew we had military IDs and TSA pre-check so she could have said, “you should be fine if you go through the military line for passport control.” We had more than enough time and even stopped for breakfast. Making us nervous was unnecessary.
