They canceled a flight that no other airlines were canceling due to weather - yet they were able to rebook me for a flight that was arriving at the same time as my original canceled flight. With the unexpected rescheduling of my arrival, my luggage was lost and their customer service was not helpful. I had to go contact their partner airline they put me through to get any sort of resolution to find my bags. Japan airlines was amazing (that was the partner airline they put me through on my rescheduled ticket), WestJet was awful.
