We were 4minutes later for our check in time?? We were standing in line a good 20 minutes or so before our boarding cut off. We could have been there earlier but for car trouble enroute from Redwater and the fact that they weren't more efficient at processing the people in line. We waited for the next direct flight "6 hours" and the rescheduling of the rental vehicle at Victoria cost us an additional $138.00. The gal doing the reception could have cared less and made no effort to find out if we could still board. This caused us to arrive at our destination in the dark! I am not pleased!!!!

Two delayed flights (like normal Westjet experience). No offer of compensation Three times in a row now. Can’t wait for Flair and Porter to bury Westjet

They canceled a flight that no other airlines were canceling due to weather - yet they were able to rebook me for a flight that was arriving at the same time as my original canceled flight. With the unexpected rescheduling of my arrival, my luggage was lost and their customer service was not helpful. I had to go contact their partner airline they put me through to get any sort of resolution to find my bags. Japan airlines was amazing (that was the partner airline they put me through on my rescheduled ticket), WestJet was awful.
