This flight had a medical emergency in flight. I have a basic knowledge of first aide and the flight attendents seemed to struggle with the basics. ABC. Airway - is the patient breathing and is the Airway clear. Breathing - is the patient breathing. They never checked for a pulse. C - Cardiac. Never checked for a pulse. The patient was totally unresponsive for about 45 minutes and only started to show any signs of life when they started to give him O2. Eventually made emergency landing in Taipai where patient was evacuated.

I have flown 3 times with ANA now and I've been extremely impressed with everything about the operation from boarding to deplaning. My only complaint is that for long flights of over 6 hours donuts be made available. Airlines seats are not known for comfort and your seats live up to that deficiency. After about 3 hours they just become unbearable.
