One of the cabin attendants looked as if they had recruited a line boy. His hair was long and shaggy and he had several days stubble. His tie was tucked into his shirt, and he kept his glasses hanging from his shirt pocket. He made mistakes on requests immediately after the request was made: "Chicken or beef?", "Beef." He immediately delivered chicken. He was also quite loud, heard five or six rows away. This was a code-share flight between ANA, which we wanted, and United, which we got. This flight compared very badly with an ANA flight we took from LAX to Japan several years ago. Will not use United again.

Business class seats are uncomfortable. Sitting for 14 hours hurts my behind. They don't prepare varieties of snacks for in between meals. The lady forgot my coffee.

I like the spaciousness of the economy class and the leg rest. I felt as if I was in the business class. The food was AWESOME! The icecream?!!!! wow it was a excellent idea. I was fed really well on this flight.
