The experience was frustrating. The check - staff was rude and not helpful. I got to the airport on-time for the check-in. I would have completed the check-in online and paid for the suitcases. Upon arrival at the airport I attempted to use the machine to print the boarding pass and suitcase pass one of the staff attempted to assist me but left me without checking in my bags which caused me to almost miss the flight the staff that eventually checked me in at first refused to check me in but after listening to my explanation he went ahead and did the checkin.

As my rating, in general my experience was good. However, in the onset of a disaster such as a massive hurricane that affected a number of Caribbean countries and devastated another, your airline which is Caribbean was not intentional in your response to assist folks who were trying to respond to take a second suitcase. We had to pay for the extra, unlike other airlines which actually allowed an extra luggage at no cost. My suitcase which contained a few extra pounds of hurricane supplies were targeted and I had to remove the stuff. Other passengers came forward and took the supplies in their luggage in order to ensure that the stuff were not thrown out in a bin at the airport. Your compassion and empathy around the hurricane relief were seeing as harsh and unaccommodating. Your crew on the plane were excellent. The food was good. Your cockpit crew also does an excellent job to communicate with the passengers and keep us updated on the flight which hep me and give me peace of mind.

It's a short flight, so there's no food, and the only entertainment is the magazine. However, if you wish to learn about what's going on around the Caribbean, that magazine is a wealth of information about festivals and happenings throughout the region.
