They left in Cancun with my daughter the plane wasn’t even full I had to buy another flight. The only one that would get me to LA was the one going to Guadalajara ( with a wait of 6 hrs there ) and then LOs Angeles. They left us in Cancun For NO REASON

Poor communication, flight was first delayed 3 hours and finally cancelled Things happen and I understand safety is first, but after the first communication from de capitan when we were already aboard the plane there was no good communication from the land personnel after we de-boatded the flught
