Pros:Very kind staff on the flight, I was very happy with the flight. Lots of new movies to watch, which is nice since I’m never able to sleep.

Cons:The lady sitting behind me putting her feet on me... not a fan.

Pros:Standard flight

Cons:My connecting flights were terrible. I was kept at the airport on a layover to another city and they wouldn't let me board because they said my passport number was entered wrong on the reservation. This made no sense as I had gotten off another flight on my way back home. No one at the airport in Shanghai was helpful and it was really frustrating to think that I would be stuck in China. I was finally able to track down a international supervisor who was able to print out my boarding passes and let me board my flight. Unfortunately, another family with small kids were dealing with the same issue as me only their flight was leaving in 30 mins. I hope they were able to make their flight.

Pros:My mother missed her flight from Shanghai international Pu airport to Harare yesterday due to language barrier. And we requested for her to be put on the next flight. Only to be told with Ethopian Airline to pay $US1850 for a one way flight which was more expensive than itinial flight. She slept at the airport weeping not knowing who and how to contact anyone in a foreign country and noone cared. Instead we were told to pay the 1850 or else she would be stuck for more days at the airport

Cons:No WiFi on the flight back, poor entertainment choices, overall an uncomfortable flight experience.
