I booked my flight via Trip.com, and it was stated that there would be inflight entertainment. There wasn’t any at all. Blankets were also not provided in every seat. I even started wondering if I could trust the details given by Trip And the food choice ran out before my seat was reached.

The flight was great. It got a little cold and I asked for extra blankets and they kindly gave them to me.. The flight was great. It had a little bit of turbulence no big it’s common and the flight attendants were very kind and accommodating.

My flight from PVG to BKK had 30 kg of checked baggage but the return flight only had 20 kg. Same airline, same plane etc. This is a very clever way for the airline to make money on charging for overweight bags on the return. I have never seen this on any airline, anywhere in the world and I think its wrong! I ended up spending more for overweight baggage than I did for my initial ticket. Ridiculous! Mike
