Cons:Plane had no fuel so we had to wait 2 hours For it to refuel elsewhere. Then the crew ran overtime so we had to wait 3.5 hours for a new crew. From exactly where the plane had refuelled

Online check-in didnt work so there was a massive line at the check-in desk. I got there at 5:30am for an 8:30am intl flight but the desk didnt open til 6:30... it was 8am by the time i made it to the desk and 8:30 when i got to my gate after security and commute. Very poorly managed and a very stressful experience for everyone. The flight then took off late due to half the passengers still checking-in which eventually made my destination arrival 2hrs late.
