Very old plane; USB ports on our row were hit and miss - some worked, som did not. After giving us a turkey sandwich that was mostly bread and a code, everything else was for purchase. Not even peanuts or chips were free -- on a six hour flight from Seattle to Maui! Even had to shell out money for a pillow and blanket. Very cheap.

I wish they board passengers from the back first after the first class, that way there are less people on the isles when you are trying to get to your seat at the back

The staff was very nice to deal with. I was not able to check in prior 24 hours prior to the flight due to a tech glitch. That did not please me as I had to go to.airport earlier on my flight day.

Before boarding, I was told the overhead bins were full and needed to check my carry on. It had multiple ceramic pieces I bought while traveling, which I told the agent. They didn’t have any fragile tags. When I boarded over half the overhead bins were empty, and there was no reason I should have had to check my carry on. The ceramics were broken in transit. 0/10 experience.
