Had to wait 2.5 hours after landing for my luggage to finally come out on the conveyer belt. No explanation as to why and after about 1.5 hours of waiting we were sent to a different conveyor belt to wait. There is no screens on the back of the seats and the movies offered through their WiFi on your phone were not English speaking ones. Paid $1600AUD for return flights to Bali from Melbourne. That does not entitle you to food on the plane which you must pay extra for. In short, pay more for a competitor for better service and comfort. Won’t be flying with them again.
