I did not like that I had to prove to the agent at the counter that I am allowed a checked bag. Also, I paid for a window seat and was not given that seat. This I realized after I went through TSA and at this point was not able to contest my seat request.

It was really difficult to tell Air Canada that I had a dietary requirement (the dietary preferences drop down menu is hidden somewhere separate from check-in/purchase and I wasn't able to find it), so I didn't have food for the 15 hours - they did not over cater specialty meals, and I was made to feel stupid for not having been able to figure this out. At least four other people on the flight were in a similar situation. Crew were somewhat helpful, but did not really seem to care. It would be very easy to move the dietary preferences to ticket purchase or check-in, or to offer one of the two meals (chicken/beef) as a vegetarian option (marinara pasta v. chicken) as the standard meals. Incredibly disappointed and irritated about this for a 14 hour flight. The USB and outlet at the seat didn't work.

Surprisingly was enough room for my legs in economy class but bathrooms unbelievable tiny, I am 5'2 and 150lbs ,I bearly fit

It was ok , crew was excellent and the pilot, there was no food only some crackers and the space for economy was not that great overall a ok fly

Able to check-in the carry-on bag with no cost. Food selections and service were ok, but could have been better.
