The flight was delayed over an hour late, which in turn made me miss my connecting flight. The agent at the desk in Denver was unwilling to help me rebook a flight, he sent me out side of security to the ticket counter where I was informed that the next available flight would not be until 2 days later and they would not help me with finding a flight on another airline. I even offered to fly to a city close to my final destination and get a rental car to drive the rest of the way and they were unwilling to do that. I ended up having to purchase a flight with another airline and apply for a partial refund for the missed flight that was the airlines fault but they didn't want to help.

Awful. The staff was very rude and gave our tickets away even though we were checked in and they weren’t done boarding yet. They told me we couldn’t board the flight even though they would still be boarding for at least another 20 minutes if not really longer….im pretty sure it’s because they had already given our tickets away by that time. We finally reached the appropriate counter 45 minutes before departure after arriving to DFW 2 hours early.

Horrible experience. Seemingly every human agent is only capable of a single task, like booking new reservation. Cannot address seats, ff number TSA number or other items. Even airport agent is unable to do so and cannot cancel or change trip. Better get it right when you buy because you will not be able to update or change anything easily.
