Again no hot beverages on entire flight! Arrived to no gate so sat on runway for a good hour! Not the way I expect travel to be! This airline needs to get it together! I should be compensated for my time

My entertainment was broken and I would hear a piercing beeping noise every 20 seconds making it impossible to use. Crew were not rude but unwelcoming. Food is the same between legs of my trip yet we’re more generous on the first leg.
