Delayed over 90 minutes. And very poor customer service in Warsaw airport. Missed connecting flight… Do not use LOT !

Checking in, was a night mare. The help at the airports desk was bad . The service on the plane was excellent. Food service excellent. Crew excellent. The only problem for my family and I ,IS THE POORLY SERVICE AT THE AIRPORTS.

This wouldn't be a negative comment for the airline rather than for operations of the GTA airport at the Pearson. Terrible experience waiting for the bus and transportation to Inhotenwa. This is really bad experience
