Checking in at the airport could have been much easier. The plane did not have any vents for air. Nothing else wrong with the flight besides that

Flight from RIX was delayed by almost 3 hours so upon arrival to Waw we had to run to our connection to EWR. When arrived to States, we found out all of our 3 baggs went missing. Had to obtain some numbers, then to claim tracking via email form and now it’s not clear if the bags made it out from Poland in the first place and if so, who and when will deliver them. No the vacation is to be spent without very necessary staff. Sad and devastating

I had a family emergency and my spouse needed surgery. LOT was made a request to - to modify ticket on humanitarian aground but they did not help. Changes were prohibitively expensive.

Couldn’t check in my carry-on, all my presents got confiscated. Lost lots of $$$$$. Milk for the baby with formula was also taken away??!!! Baby was crying for 5hrs and kicking seat in front of her from hunger. UNREAL. I would like some compensation.
