They were very good at communicating and leaving on time. Seats weren't that comfortable. Good otherwise.

Surprisingly comfortable. While I was disappointed there was no back-seat movie/music watching, I also had my own device and was able to catch up on an audio book instead. Didn't have any food or drink, so can't comment on that.

Flight returned to gate due to weather. Eventually was cancelled. Poor communication on what was going on. NO staff available period to answer questions or assist with rebooking. Had to wait over 3 hours before we knew when we might get out of mia. Then we had to arrange transportation to and from and book accommodation for the night. This was more difficult due to not knowing if our flight was delayed or cancelled. Last info on their app said our flight had moved to departure after 6 pm.

If you are 6’ tal and above you cannot fit in those seats. As for getting door aisle, it’s more expensive, which seems discriminatory in its own way. Anyway, the whole experience sucked. It’s a shame, it used to be a good airline.
