Great! Free WiFi on the flight was nice and without messing around with their loyalty club. Plane was clean and seats seemed big. Sadly they’re discontinuing this route which probably led to few passengers on it. Which was great for this flight!

I had an allergic reaction on the first flight so they would not allow me to board my flight to Chicago. I have never been to Dublin and no one at Aer Lingus would help me find how to get the medical certificate and eventual epi-pen. I have never suffered allergies before and have no idea what caused the allergic reaction on board the plane from Rome to Dublin. I have been stuck in Dublin for 24-hrs and may not be able to fly out even today. Terrible experience on many levels.

Designated area seatings for families with infants who scream and cry throughout the duration of the flight should be considered.
