All of my Aer Lingus flights were delayed. The seat I purchased with extra leg room was exactly the same as my previous seat that was free. I would appreciate my money back.

Crowded waiting area, bus ride to plane. Calcutta-like organization to boarding (in terminal) with somewhat animated staff commands. Just generally a second rate experience to boarding—like herding cattle. The flight itself was fine.

They lost my luggage A seat comfort was horrible. I could not even recline my seat because I was given route 13, which apparently is the exit or there was not extra legroom so I was very restricted with no comfort.

Are Lingus itself was fine but the boarding was a bit confused and messy. The two step boarding was just frustrating with no obvious purpose. They started by boarding by specific rows but it soon became apparent that was not being enforced and then it was just a free for all.
