"The flight was on time, staff were friendly and helpful, and the journey was smooth and comfortable. Boarding was easy and everything went as expected. No issues at all.

Overall flow was poor. And our baggage is lost upon arrival in Chicago. No personnel at airport to help with situation. Only a small sign saying scan QR code and proceed. Poor customer service especially when they could not tell us where the bags are
