Good food, not bad legroom in seats. Toilets not kept clean. Entertainment system did not work. I wish Kayak would not present the verycheapest option (i.e. with no luggage) as the default. As more airlines create a really low tier, this is increaingly problematic!

The staff at check-in didn’t know the flight was going to leave at 9 AM instead they thought it would leave at 11 AM so there was a delay there and confusion then the plane had a mechanical issue which deleted by an hour, but then made us miss our flight slot and delayed the flight for actually four hours The plane had very small seats. Food service on the six hour flight was minimal no entertainment on the airplane. You couldn’t even turn on a light so you can read a book as that system was not working.
