Surprised it wasn’t as good as a US airline experience is. Thought it would be better. Food is paltry and not good. Pilot didn’t communicate much at all. Entertainment and map application are primitive.

I called a week ahead of time to request a gluten free meal for my daughter who has celiac disease and yet they didn’t have one for her at dinner nor breakfast. They only had a kids meal with gluten items. The crew tried to help and put together something safe but unfortunately she still got sick and vomited. It’s disappointing because I had specifically requested it and it seems that other people had their religious meal request fulfilled but yet ours that is required for medical reasons was not.

Excellent, I WILL FLY AGAIN WITH Swiss Airlines. The courtesy, the pilots, the food, and comfort from the staff ,made a slightly nervous flyer completely calm. Thank you so much
