Connection time was stressful. Also we were not allowed lounge access in Rome but were told we could use it in Keflavík. Our flight was late and we basically had to run to make our connection. Seems like if we are flying first class we should get lounge the whole way.

The boarding process, waiting area, & busses could be better. Since we paid for Saga Premium, we thought we might not have to do the cattle call bus boarding. It was crowded & hot, pouring rain. The flight itself was excellent, the attendants were great, good food, comfortable seats for that length of flight. Overall, especially for the price, we were very happy with.

My flight was cancelled due to a strike. I could not get a hold of a person for help. I gave up after being on hold for two hours. They rescheduled me for a flight the next day which would come in 2 hours after my connecting flight!!!

It's good that KEF is not a large airport. Our layovers were short but manageable. Who wants to spend more time in an airport than necessary?
