Delayed flights three times and no reasonable credit for the excessive delayed flight stay. On top of that my luggage got lost.

I inexplicably got put on standby on my return flight due to "overbooking." I did end up on the flight, but doing this to non-citizen passengers on international flights, especially with no advance notice, creates worry and potential inconvenience. I was not pleased; plane tickets are too costly to play games like this.
